There are two more silver stars on the main island.
Just climb the tree and jump from the top to grab it. The last one that's on the other islands can be found at the top of one of the palm trees.
Another is being carried around the outer islands by a flying buzzard-fire an egg at the buzzard to make him drop the silver star. One of them is just sitting out on one of the outer islands. The goal is to simply collect the five silver stars in the area, and their locations are marked on your map.
